During this 60-minute session, 5 email marketers are invited to present one email marketing issue they are facing in a 3-minute presentation. Our 3 experts will review the material in real-time and provide feedback on the matters at hand. All attendees are able to join in on the conversations via a live chat.

Afterwards, they will take questions about email strategy and tactics from other participants. The session is open to 500 people to attend, but only the first five who sign up to present their case will have the opportunity to discuss their issues.

Tamara Gielen is an independent email marketing consultant, author of the email marketing best practices blog Be Relevant and founder of the Email Marketer's Club. Tamara is based near Antwerp in Belgium.

Matthew Vernhout leads Thindata 1:1’s ISP Relations and Deliverability Team, monitoring and contributing discussions on industry events, competitive developments and product/service innovations. Also a well-known blogger (EmailKarma.net) and administrator of the Email Marketer's Club. Matt lives in Toronto, Canada.

DJ Waldow is the Director of Community at Blue Sky Factory. DJ is active in the twittersphere (@djwaldow), on blogs (blog.blueskyfactory.com), and in the social media space. DJ resides in Salt Lake City, Utah where he can be found thinking, eating, and breathing email.

Why do we charge for participation to this event?

We are charging a minimal fee for attendees to help us cover the hosting costs of the Email Marketer's Club and the fees associated with the broadcasting of our roundtable events. We've made the fee to submit a case a bit higher to make sure that whoever submits a case is serious about it.
